To obtain a user name and password, you must be a registered Maziuk customer. When you log in to maziuk.com, you will be able to check stock, place orders, view order history, and much more. For reference purposes the prices listed on the public pages of maziuk.com are suggested retail prices. Maziuk Wholesale Distributors does not sell retail. If you are a retail consumer, feel free to fill out the contact information below; we may be able to direct you to a dealer in your area.

When registering please provide all required information. Include any industry affiliations you may have such as membership in ASIS, DHI, ALOA, etc. If you are NYS tax tax exempt, you must fax us your Tax Exempt Certificate at (315) 472-3111

If you wish to establish a credit account, you must download this form, fill it out, and fax it back to us.
